For over 5 years now we have trusted Graham and his team at GLB to manage all of the maintenance and refurbishments for our extensive property portfolio in Sunderland and North Tyneside. The workmanship has never fallen below his extremely high standards.
During this time he has carried out full refurbishments-new bathrooms, kitchens, damp proofing, plastering, tiling, guttering, decorating etc Graham understands my requirements when working to a budget and can always find a suitable solution whilst advising and steering me away from budgeting in the wrong areas. After bad experiences at some point with most builders I had previously used, I have always been impressed with GLB’s final results and to the fact that as much pride is taken with the Hoover and broom at the end of the job as was done during the work itself.
I have been able to trust Graham with Valuers, tenants and prospective tenants as he is a great ambassador and has a relentlessly cheerful manner. As an example, just this week I was contacted by a tenant whose ceiling had suddenly collapsed. Graham finished another job and attended within 2 hours, a further 2 hours later the room had been cleared and cleaned of all debris and the remaining ceiling made safe. Thankfully Graham was able to prioritise this job and attended the following day, replacing the full ceiling, loft insulation and lighting on what was a long day! He even managed to do all that with damaging the wall paper! Within 24 hours, a shocked and annoyed tenant has been turned happy and very appreciative.
The best compliment I can pay is that I always know I can bank on the same level and quality of service and workmanship every time.
